For piezo injectors, Bosch has no manufacturer-specific and approved repair concept, no spare parts, no repair tools and no training for a professional repair. The repair of these injectors is carried out as DS-Zukancic GmbH repair concept. Our piezo injectors are nevertheless overhauled with original Bosch parts, the core is revised by our own concept.


ATTENTION!

This type of injector is affected by metal chips caused by the high pressure pump! Please check your system for chips before installing the replacement parts! When locating foreign objects/metal shavings, the high pressure pump must be renewed! Furthermore, the complete fuel system must be cleaned/renewed!
