Quality is our most important goal. This is why common rail injectors and injection pumps from Bosch, which have been repaired by their authorised Bosch diesel specialists, are marked with a special quality certificate.

The marking is carried out on common rail injectors (CRI) and common rail injection pumps (CP) with special, affixed repair ID labels or by plugged in repair ID clips on common rail injectors for commercial vehicles (CRIN).

Bosch Repair quality means the use of:

  • Certified Test Equipment
  • Special Repair and Inspection methods
  • Original test data and spare parts from Bosch

QUALITY

These high pressure pumps were repaired by BOSCH DIESEL SERVICE Zukancic. Only NEW BOSCH original parts were used during the repair process!

Please make sure that only original parts are installed! NEW Original Parts for CP4 High Pressure Pumps are only available to authorised Bosch Diesel Workshops (BDS / BDC).

Refurbished high-pressure pumps from free diesel workshops will be overhauled with replacements (the performance of the HP pump is very low!!!)

HOW DO I PAY THE DEPOSIT?

  • Select price “Including Deposit” on Add to Cart form.
  • Use the “Without Deposit” option only for local pickup. We do not send goods without deposit.

DEPOSIT SYSTEM

  • The old part is required, for this reason, €150.00 per high-pressure pump is added.
  • The old parts must be complete, without external damage and in a reusable condition!
  • The deposit will be refunded immediately upon receipt of the old parts!

ATTENTION

Please check the fuel system for chips. Often, the injectors are affected by chips, which are produced by the high-pressure pump. The complete fuel system must be cleaned/renewed.
TIP: Disconnect the metering unit (ZME) from the high pressure pump (2-Torx screws) and look into the pump.
